Agnes is a court certified Mandarin interpreter in the state of California, a contract Mandarin interpreter for the United States Department of State, and a former full time Chinese translator and Mandarin interpreter for various government agencies.  She has interpreted for meetings held by the U.S. Department of State, U.S. Department of Defense, the U.S. Department of Education, and the U.S. Congress.  As a former full time Chinese translator/Mandarin interpreter, Agnes translated and interpreted letters and speeches of for different government officials. Agnes has a masters degree in translation and interpretation from Monterey Institute of International Studies.  She currently resides in the Bay Area.
