Agnes Chang - Mandarin Consecutive and Simultaneous Interpreter, Court Certified Mandarin Interpreter, The United States Department of State Interpreter, Former Chinese Translator/Mandarin Interpreter for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs

Agnes is a court certified Mandarin interpreter in the state of California, a contract Mandarin interpreter for the United States Department of State, and a former full time Chinese translator and Mandarin interpreter for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.  She has interpreted for meetings held by the U.S. Department of State, U.S. Department of Defense, the U.S. Department of Education, and the U.S. Congress.  As a former full time Chinese translator/Mandarin interpreter for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Agnes translated and interpreted letters and speeches of for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and government officials. Agnes has a masters degree in translation and interpretation from Monterey Institute of International Studies.  She currently resides in the Bay Area.
