Court Certified Translation

Court Certified Translation

We provide court certified translation services through our court certified Chinese interpreters.  Normally, a state court only accepts translations done by court certified interpreters.  Federal courts accept translation done by a translator certified by a professional translation organization or a court certified interpreter.

Court Certified Chinese Translation

A court certified Chinese translation can be done by a court certified Mandarin interpreter or a court certified Cantonese interpreter.  In federal courts, they will also accept translations done by American Translators Association (ATA)

Court Certified Translation in California

In California, state courts only accept translations done by a court certified interpreter.  For other government agencies such as the Los Angeles County Clerk's Office, translations done by a court certified interpreter are required to be recorded.
